This policy is about the BullPBN website you are reading. It is separate from Telegram and from your email provider. Those services have their own policies once you send them a message.

This website has no contact form, no account, and no checkout. If you message @bullpbn on Telegram or email bullpbn@gmail.com, you choose what to send. That often includes a package preference, target URLs, anchor text, niche, and placement notes. BullPBN uses those details to answer you and, if you order, to carry out the agreed work and prepare the delivery report.
What the website itself collects
The pages, styles, and scripts on this site do not set cookies, do not run analytics, do not use advertising pixels, and do not save your details in a customer database. The script in the browser only controls the menu, the FAQ accordion, and in-page links.
Hosting and technical logs
The server that hosts these files may keep ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request.
